nothing like getting caught by 3 to 5 mobs, freeze them. Blink. aoe. Cone. loose your shield, while they get frozen again. instant refresh of all frost cool downs and then do it again. By the time your done you got no mana, but plenty of health and no living mobs. woot

Frost for the win. my 74 mage is frost/arcane. That way i can dps well in instances while i still have the easy spec for leveling.

Frost at 60 and 70 is still great DPS too, in fact it was the prime raiding spec during classic and BC. I hope blizzard buffs frost dps, I'll take a small dip from arcane just to have ice barrier back!

yeah I leveled as fire from 1 to 60. My frost experience from 60 to 80 though was great.

I was frost but it was just bleh... I'm still in my 40s though so I don't have the pet yet.

are you still leveling your mage cly? If so I suggest frost...that's how I leveled in both expansions at least. Ice Barrier + pet is god mode.
